Well, this list of top 10 Christmas songs to listen to while running, lifting or doing other cardio will be the gift that keeps on giving every year.

Results from a study conducted by personal health and fitness coaching program MyBodyTutorwhich were published in theNew York Post, found the 10 best Christmas songs for moderate- to high-intensity workouts.

MyBodyTutor analyzed Spotify’s most popular holiday songs and then identified these 10 songs, which all fall in the 120 to 150 BPM range — a.k.a. the “sweet spot” for these types of workouts, according to the outlet.

Topping the list at No. 1 is Mariah Carey’s perennial holiday hit “All I Want for Christmas Is You,” which has spent 19 weeks — as of Dec. 11 — atopBillboard’s all-genre Hot 100 singles chart since its release in 1994.

Rounding out the top 5 are Jose Feliciano’s

at No. 2, Frank Sinatra’s

at No. 3, Brenda Lee’s “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree” at No. 4, and Michael Bublé’s

at No. 5.
