At the end of the second round of the group stage, three teams officially reserved their seats in the quarter-finals.

The Saudi national team was the first to qualify after achieving two successive victories over Oman and the Comoros, topping the second group with 6 points.

It was followed by the Jordanian team, which beat Kuwait 3-1 to reach the sixth point and lead the third group after its previous victory over the Emirates.

The Iraqi team also secured its qualification to the quarter-finals after its victory over Sudan with two unanswered goals, benefiting from its victory in the first round over Bahrain with a score of 2-1, to take the lead in Group Four with a full score.

Arab fans will wait for the rest of the results of the third round matches, which begin Sunday and end next Tuesday, to find out the identity of the remaining five teams.

The Arab Cup quarter-final matches begin on Thursday, December 11, and end next Friday of the same month.

The final match will be held on Thursday, December 18, and will start at seven in the evening, Doha and Saudi Arabia time, at Lusail Stadium.
