OnePlus Ace 6T Phone Launched With A 165Hz Screen, 8300mAh Battery, And An Unprecedented Processor

After weeks of excitement, OnePlus officially announced the Ace 6T phone in China, becoming the first device in the world to operate with a processor. Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 All new. The phone has become available for order in China, and it is expected to be launched globally later under the name OnePlus 15R.

The OnePlus Ace 6T carries a massive 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution. It reaches a refresh rate of 165 Hz.

The screen provides a brightness of 1800 nits in high-light mode, and also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+ technologies. In addition to the DC Dimming feature, it is protected by Oppo Crystal Shield glass.

The new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor is the phone’s main strength. It is coupled with an internal communication chip developed by the company called G2, in addition to a chip dedicated to improving the display. The phone can be ordered with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and a storage capacity of up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 type.

To improve heat management, the Ace 6T comes with a new cooling system based on an improved evaporation chamber compared to the previous version. OnePlus confirms that the phone is capable of running a number of games at a rate of 165 frames per second, with support for 144 frames in the game Honor of Kings.

On the back, the phone relies on a 50-megapixel main camera with a Sony IMX906 sensor with optical stabilization. In addition to an 8-megapixel wide camera, and on the front there is a 16-megapixel selfie camera.

The phone has a huge battery with a capacity of 8300 mAh, with support for 100-watt fast wired charging. The phone also offers a wide range of specifications, including an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor under the screen.

And protection against water and dust with ratings of IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K. Stereo speakers, USB-C 2.0 port, Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0, and works with an interface ColorOS 16 Built on Android 16.

The Ace 6T comes in three main colors: Phantom Green, Electric Purple, and Flash Black. The company also provides a special version in cooperation with the game Genshin Impact with the character Kamisato Ayaka, which comes in Snowy Blue and a limited edition box with a set of accessories.

OnePlus Ace 6T prices start at 2,599 yuan (about $365) for the 12/256 GB version, and reach 3,899 yuan (about $550) for the 16/1 TB version.
