Gisele Bundchen and boyfriend Joaquim Valente are fitting quality time together into their schedule as parents.

Although the pair, who’ve been dating since June 2023have kept the details of their relationship out of the public eye, the supermodel, 45, shared a rare glimpse into their lives on Instagram.

On Thursday, Oct. 23, Bündchen posted a compilation of videos of her doing various workouts, including practicing jiu-jitsu with Valente, who is an instructor. The clips also show Bündchen doing yoga, dancing, cycling and surfing.

“If there’s one thing I’d recommend to everyone, it’s this: move your body. Your body is your home — and it was made to move,” she captioned the Instagram post.

“Whether it’s a gym session, a walk under the trees, a dance in your kitchen, or pilates on your mat, it all counts. Just move. Today, choose movement not as a chore, but as a gift you give yourself,” she continued.

Bündchen welcomed her first baby, a son, with Valente this past February. While his first name — which a source told PEOPLE is partially a nod to nature — still remains unknown, the insider shared that his middle name is River. Bündchen is also mom to son Benjamin Rein, 15, and Vivian Lake, 12, who she shares with ex-husband, Tom Brady.

In the months since giving birth to her third child, Bündchen has shared sweet photos of her newborn. In May, she also opened up to French Vogue about how mom life has shifted. “Now that my little one is sleeping through the night, I’m back in control of my routine,” the Gaia Herbs ambassador said. “As any new mom knows, it’s incredible how much sleep — or lack of it — can change everything!”

Before confirming her status with Valente, she remained vague about their connection inVanity Fair‘s 2023 April issue. “I think, at this point, unfortunately, because I’m divorced, I’m sure that they’re going to try to attach me to anything,” said Bündchen, who finalized her divorce from Brady, 48, in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.

She did praise the trainer, alongside his brothers, Pedro and Gui (the three are co-founders of a Miami-based academy). “I’m so grateful to know all of them, because not only have they helped me and helped my kids, but they have become great friends, and Joaquim especially,” the model said.

In a past interview with Dust magazine, Bündchen said that practicing jiu-jitsu with Valente led to the “best version” of herself.

“I became really interested in the philosophy (behind practicing jiu-jitsu),” she said. “It felt very much in line with what I believe in and look for in my life, and how I have a path to develop and become the best version of myself.”

Bündchen then revealed that she met Valente through her son: “I have a friend who told me about the Valente brothers and their martial art school, and since I wanted to steer my almost teenage son in the right direction, I thought he might be interested in this.”
