This fact has forced her lawyer, Shawn Holley, to go to court to request a lawsuit for protection against the increasing number of letters received.

These would have David Resendiz as the alleged sender, TMZ reports. Resendiz has allegedly obtained her home and work address to continue the ongoing threats.
